Refund Policy

At The Chihuahua Coach, we are committed to providing high-quality physical and digital products and professional Chihuahua training and behaviour consultations. Due to the nature of our services, all sales are final, and we do not offer refunds except in specific circumstances outlined below.
For digital products such as e-books, courses, and downloadable guides, refunds are not available once the purchase has been completed. As these are instantly accessible and cannot be returned, all sales are considered final. If you experience technical issues that prevent you from accessing your purchased content, please contact us within 7 days of purchase so we can assist you in resolving the problem.
If we determine that access cannot be restored, a refund may be issued at our discretion.
For consultations, refunds are not available for cancellations or missed appointments. If you need to reschedule, we require at least 24 hours’ notice. If you fail to attend a booked consultation without prior notice, you forfeit the payment. In cases where The Chihuahua Coach needs to cancel or reschedule a session, we will offer an alternative appointment or a full refund if a reschedule is not possible.
Duplicate payments made in error will be refunded upon request. To request a refund under these limited circumstances, please contact us via the contact form with proof of purchase and details of the issue. Refund requests will be reviewed, and approved refunds will be processed within 7 working days.
We reserve the right to update this policy at any time. By purchasing digital products or booking consultations with The Chihuahua Coach, you acknowledge and agree to this refund policy. If you have any questions, please reach out before making a purchase.
